The article introduces the results of a complex sociological research – mass public poll in Republic of Mari El, Republic of Mordovia, Republic of Udmurtiya, demonstrating the effectiveness of institutional mechanisms of language, culture and educational policy in the poly-ethnic regions under investigation.
